A. well a "date" shouldn't be anything pomp and ceremony, especially if the person is shy. Just say you wanna hang out, spend some time with them, and get to know each other more. Dating really is just when you agree to hang out with one person other then any others, because you feel for them, and want to spend time and get to know each other. If you blow it out of proportion, it will become drama and complicated. Just ask her, find something you could both do together and enjoy, or ask her if she wants to do anything. I hope this helps.

A. Right first things first. Just be yourself, don't get this girl to like a fake you. Once you see a girl that you are interested in, walk up to her and casually say hi and comment on something she's doing or wearing or saying, a nice comment. Don't ask her out straight away either, make sure you know a few things about it and she knows a few things about you, then ask her out for a coffe or drink sometime, nothing fancy, you don't want to seem pushie. If a girl says no, shrug it off, don't be embarressed, she's probbly more embarrsed than you are. But try to look a little gutted, just to show that you like her, to maybe open windows for the future. Just be confident, polite, and be yourself :)

A. If you order a coffee from her, talk about something that you can bring up casually. Such as weather, her hair, ask her how working at a coffee shop is, or just ask her how her day is. A. Just get the friends to like you. The key is starting a conversation that doesn't feel like you're intruding on their conversation, but adding to it. But if you have good conversational/flirting skills, talk to the two friends and flirt with them. They'll like you, and then she'll like you because they like you (see: social proof). Then turn your attention to her a little bit more, and go for the phone number. The best way to get the phone number without seeming awkward is to figure out something you have in common that can/will take place at a future date (for instance, a movie you both want to see or a concert you both want to go to) and then just say "give me your number and I'll call you."
